Please Create Your FACTS Account by May 15
Dear Parents,

Currently, FASPS uses FACTS -- a tuition management and payment processing company headquartered in Nebraska -- when a parent chooses a tuition payment plan that is monthly or semi-annual. In order to move FASPS toward a comprehensive, easy-to-use, and secure financial management and payment solution that includes tuition and all incidentals, we are now asking all parents to please create a FACTS account no later than Wednesday, May 15, 2019. We will begin using FACTS right away for all of our 2019-2020 tuition billing and payments, and we will start using FACTS after September 2019 for our incidental billing and payments of bus and class trips.

Below you will find step-by-step instructions on how to create your FACTS account.

Nearly 6,500 private K-12 schools across the United States currently use FACTS as their tuition payment plan provider, an easy-to-use, efficient, and secure service that gives parents complete control of their personal and financial information. We believe our tuition management provider should offer you, our parents, the highest security and compliance measures available, and we want you to know that FACTS is SSAE 16 Audited, PCI DSS Level 1 Compliant (the gold standard to which providers must adhere in order to keep parents' credit card and personally identifiable information safe and secure), and Red Flags Ready. How to Set Up a FACTS Account
FACTS Customer Care: (866) 441-4637

  1. Go to https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/3F6T7
  2. Click on the “Create a username & password” button, enter your email address, and click on “Create a new FACTS account”.
  3. Enter your Name, Address, Email, and Phone Number(s).
  4. Choose a Username and Password; enter your Phone Authentication information.
  5. Set up a payment plan.
  6. Add each student that is enrolling at FASPS for the 2019-2020 school year, listing their grade but NOT their student ID.
  7. Select your payment plan.
  8. Select the day you would like your payment to be withdrawn (the 5th or the 20th of the month).
  9. Provide additional family information if applicable (leave Family ID blank).
  10. Enter your banking or credit card information.
  11. Review your account / plan information and the Terms & Conditions. Click “Submit” to accept.
  12. Save and/or print a copy of the summary for your records.

After you complete the above, FASPS will finish your setup by completing the dollar amount according to your signed enrollment agreement, and you will receive an email confirming your FACTS account. FACTS Account Questions & Answers
QUESTION: If payments are made automatically from my bank account or processed to my credit card, does that mean FACTS or my institution has direct access to my account?
  • Answer: No. No one other than you and your financial institution has access to your account. When you set up automatic payments, you are solely authorizing an automatic payment.

QUESTION: Can I make payments with a credit or debit card?
  • Answer: Credit cards and debit cards are an acceptable form of payment, and you will see an option to pay by card when enrolling in a payment plan, making a payment, or editing your banking information online. A service fee of 2.85% is charged for paying by credit or debit card, and it will be disclosed on your screen at these times.

QUESTION: Are these transactions secure?
  • Answer: Yes. You have more privacy with automatic payments than by writing a check. Bank research has shown that as many as 10 people handle a check from the time it is written until the funds are finally deducted from your account. Most checks include your name, address, phone number, and other financial information, which can be easily copied. With electronic payments, the transaction passes electronically from bank to bank. Any information you share with us is completely confidential. We do not share any information with unauthorized third parties.

QUESTION: When will payments begin?
  • Answer: When we receive your agreement, FACTS will contact you confirming the original terms of your agreement. This includes your payment amount, balance due, and date your authorized payments begin. Payments will continue until the total balance is paid in full.

QUESTION: How do I change my payment date or amount once my agreement is on the FACTS system?
  • Answer: Any changes to payment dates or amounts need to be approved by FASPS, at which point FASPS will notify FACTS. All changes must be received by FASPS at least five (5) business days prior to the automatic payment date in order to affect the upcoming payment.

QUESTION: What happens if I miss a payment?
  • Answer: If you miss a payment, you will receive a notice from us with instructions on how the missed or returned payment will be handled. You may also be assessed a $30 returned-payment fee for each attempt that is returned, but only if the return is because of non-sufficient funds. This fee is assessed in part to offset the fees FACTS is assessed by our financial institution when your payment is missed or returned. In addition to our fee, your institution may assess a fee as well.

QUESTION: What if I have a question about my agreement or want to print my payment history?
  • Answer: You may check balances, tuition and fees paid, print reports, and view scheduled payments by logging in to your account at online.factsmgt.com, or you may call FACTS toll-free at (866) 441-4637 for assistance.

QUESTION: What should I do if I change financial institutions?
  • Answer: Financial institution changes can be made online at online.factsmgt.com. You may call FACTS toll-free at (866) 441-4637. The person listed on the agreement must be an authorized signer on the new account. For your protection, only the responsible party and additional authorized party can change banking information.

QUESTION: I forgot my username / password. How do I login?
  • Answer: To retrieve your username or password, click here. If you’ve forgotten your username, it will be sent to the email address associated with your account. If you’ve forgotten your password, a link will be emailed to the email address associated with your account that allows you to reset your password.

QUESTION: How do I make changes to my demographics or financial account on the FACTS system?
  • Answer: Changes to your address, phone number, email address, or banking information can be made at online.factsmgt.com or by contacting FACTS. All changes must be received by FACTS at least two (2) business days prior to the automatic payment date in order to affect the upcoming payment.
