This week we just sent out our annual survey. It comes from email@example.com and looks like the picture above. PLEASE take the 3-4 minutes it takes to fill it out.
If you don't remember getting it, check your spam filter as it could likely be trapped there. If you can't find it there, contact our office at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work to get you the link.
We have used our annual survey data strategically to help us improve as it has given us data and trends that help us focus our efforts at improvement. While improvement in all areas is desired, those with the lowest scores get the greatest focus. A couple of examples are pruning, weed control and enhancement suggestions. Those scores were the lowest 5 years ago and have steadily improved as they have been where we have given the greatest focus.
No good deed goes unrewarded. In addition to getting improved services based on your response, we also will send you a Starbucks card when you return the survey. "A cup of coffee for your thoughts".
