We now work through an industry consultant to participate in a survey group with over two dozen other companies and will work together to learn from each other on how to improve our services. 

For our 20 years in business, we have used our annual survey data strategically to help us improve as it has given us data and trends that help us focus our efforts at improvement. While improvement in all areas is desired, those with the lowest scores get the greatest focus. A couple of examples are pruning, weed control and enhancement suggestions. Those scores with the lowest 5 years ago and have steadily improved as they have been where we have given the greatest focus.
No good deed goes unrewarded. In addition to getting improved services based on your response, we also will send you a Starbucks card when you return the survey. “A cup of coffee for your thoughts.”
