Workplace DEI in Times of Affirmative Action Uncertainty and Backlash

February 22, 2023 4:00pm - 5:30pm Many sectors are making broad and bold commitments to achieve diversity, equity, and inclusion, including implicit bias awareness training, efforts to expand inclusion in the workplace, and setting numerical targets as a means to measure progress. These commitments have been part of the growing Environmental, Social, and Governance push in corporate America. At the same time, “wokeness” allegations have surfaced and affirmative action cases are before the Supreme Court.
