Hello Dexter,

As the chill of winter fades into memory and the blossoms of spring give way to the radiant warmth of summer, we welcome the month of June with open hearts and thankful spirits. The sunshine now lingers longer, the skies are brighter, and creation itself seems to rejoice in the goodness of God.

After enduring months of cold, snow, and gray skies, this season reminds us of God’s promise of renewal. Just as the earth is refreshed by the sun’s rays, our souls can be refreshed by the joy of the LORD. For in God's presence there is fullness of joy; at His right hand are pleasures forevermore (Psalm16.11).

Let the summer breeze carry away the heaviness of the past season. Let the sunshine be a gentle reminder that God has brought us through—and is still leading us into brighter days. In this month of June, may joy rise within us like the morning sun. Let us smile more, love deeper, laugh loudly, and find peace in the simple blessings that surround us.

Whether it is a walk in the park, a picnic with loved ones, or a quiet moment of reflection under a summer sky, take time to embrace the joy of the season. Give thanks for life, for love, and for the LORD who makes all things new.

So, let’s step into this new month with praise on our lips and joy in our hearts. God has been faithful—and that alone is reason enough to rejoice!

Sincerely,

Dr. Dexter Royes
