Dear Country Day Community,

As part of our search for the next Head of School, we are eager to hear from as many voices in our community as possible. With guidance from our Carney, Sandoe & Associates Search Consultants, Marguerite Lloyd and Rhonda Durham, we are using a brief online survey to capture valuable feedback from as many members of our community as wish to participate.

During the week of November 10, Marguerite and Rhonda will be on campus meeting with school leadership groups to ensure a comprehensive and diverse set of views about our school is represented. While they won’t be able to meet with everyone in person, this survey is a wonderful opportunity for all members of our community—faculty, staff, administrators, parents, trustees, and alumni/ae—to share their candid thoughts. Your feedback will play a key role in shaping the criteria for our next Head of School. 

Your responses to the survey are both confidential and anonymous. Responses will go directly to our consultants, who will consolidate the feedback and use it to ensure we have considered all points of view from our key constituents. 

The survey should only take 10-15 minutes to complete and will close on Friday, November 14, at NOON. At the end of the survey, you will also have the opportunity to nominate any educator you know who might be a great fit for Country Day.

The Search Committee is incredibly grateful for your participation in this process. We will continue to keep you apprised of important milestones in the search over the next months through email announcements and on our website.
