Picture Days
Picture days are right around the corner!

Please read the attachment on the button below fully to know when to bring your child ready for their designated picture day.
The background is pictured below.

Uniforms are not required.
We will also take a whole group class picture on their designated day.
Spring Parties & Egg Hunt
We will be celebrating Spring on Thursday, 28 March.

We ask that you bring 12 plastic eggs with small trinkets for their egg hunt.
We recommend also sending them with a basket to put their eggs into.

There will be a sign-up sheet posted outside the classrooms for Spring Party contributions as well.

Students may dress up for their celebrations!
Monthly Phone Calls
Monthly phone calls will give you the brief opportunity to discuss with your child's teacher how they are doing in school so far.

Please keep in mind that the teachers only have a limited amount of time to call all the parents in the classroom. Each phone conference will last a maximum of 5 minutes, this will help ensure that everyone gets an opportunity to speak with their child's teacher.

If you need extra time, please schedule a separate conference with your child's teacher. Semester Parent/Teacher Conferences will take place end of May.
Please remember that Teachers are not able to conference with you during drop off or pick up, as they need to tend to the children in their care.

Policy Reminders!
The morning carpool will run from 8:15 - 8:30 am. If you are not going to be utilizing the carpool in the morning, please park your car in the parking lot and come in to drop your child off at his or her classroom.
* 8:15 a.m. is the earliest you are able to drop off without Before School Care.

Half-day program, Please park and pick up your child from the classroom.
Afternoon carpool is from 2:30 - 3:00 pm.

* 2:45 pm is the latest you are able to pick up without After School Care.

Fees will apply if you are late for pick up during the Half Day 11:45 a.m. and School Day 2:30 p.m. program.

It is important that all parents who are not dropping off or picking up in the carpool line park their car in one of the designated parking spots and come into the building. This is very important for all the children's safety; make sure to drive slowly around the school area this is something we will be taking very seriously and appreciate all our family’s cooperation.
Late Arrivals

At Pinnacle Montessori, ALL students need to be present at school by
9:00 AM. We understand that things come up, and, at times, it will be necessary to arrive late to school. Please notify the front office beforehand by sending an email to [email protected] or 210-716-1250.

Arrivals after 9 am will disrupt the classroom structure and teacher's plans for the day. If your child is late, please make sure to serve them breakfast before arrival; they will not be able to eat when they arrive. We will continue to take all the necessary precautions to create a safe and loving environment where each child can learn and grow!
