This week our customers will receive our annual customer survey from tom.dimeco@pacscape.com. It looks like the picture above. 

PLEASE take the 3-4 minutes it takes to fill it out. 

If you don’t get it today, check your spam filter as it could be trapped there. If you can’t find it there, contact our office at info@pacscape.com and we will work to get you the link.

We have used our annual survey data strategically to help us improve, as it has given us data and trends that help us focus our efforts on improvement. While improvement in all areas is desired, those with the lowest scores get the greatest focus. As an example, pruning, weed control, and enhancement suggestions received the lowest marks several years ago, and we have focused improvement in those areas and are seeing steady improvement. Your feedback helps us improve our service to you and all our customers.

No good deed goes unrewarded. In addition to getting improved services based on your responses, we will also send you a Starbucks card when you return the survey: “A cup of coffee for your thoughts."
