Greetings!

The Innovators' Compass summer update comes just in time for school start-up activities and SXSWEDU voting! Below, please find quick ways to have impact.

As always, find tools, videos, and events at innovatorscompass.org. New faces and stories on the People page include Jessica Bacal and Naomi Harm (who mention Innovators' Compass in their Boston Globe article and upcoming book, respectively), Jason Gorman, and Erin Paynter.

Please use and share these resources, and share back your experiences!

Seize the season!

Please support this 2022 conference workshop proposal that pairs visual thinking (Manuel Hererra) and social-emotional learning (Kim Zajac) with the Compass & me.

Thank you for your quick login, vote up (top left), comment (bottom)—and share!
Start school strong.

Create new routines with your class, staff, or for your own sanity using a Compass. (Thanks to Erin Quinn, Dawn McWilliams & Caustan De Riggs for those short videos!)
And/or do this fun, quick survey on how we see "stuck!" Your own/class/team/family responses will fascinate you (just request them) and help me. Huge thanks if you've responded!
Sticky-a-day.
On one sticky note each morning I've explored:
  • Who's involved in my day today? (People)
  • What's happening for each—e.g. feeling or doing—today? (Observations)
  • What matters most for me today? (Principles)
  • What ways are there to do what matters today? (Ideas)
  • What steps WILL I try—put in my day calendar, or just get done! (Experiments)
I've found this helps me pull out of autopilot and big to-do lists, tune into others' experiences, and see what mattered most—all day. Reach out if you try it! Or sign up for reminders.
And yes, I still have UNSTICKers! Just ask!
