Tell us what we can do for you by completing our needs assessment survey!
As we design new trainings and resources, we want to ensure that they are what you need to grow and sustain your work, meet the challenges of today, and be responsive to the communities you serve.

We invite you to respond to our Needs Assessment Survey to inform the offerings we provide, available in both English and Spanish by Thursday, September 30, 2021.
This needs assessment is intended to identify mental health training and technical assistance needs among individuals in Arizona, California, Hawaii, Nevada, and U.S. Pacific Islands of American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, and Palau (HHS Region 9). The results will guide our educational, training, and technical assistance efforts.

We understand that your time is valuable, and we sincerely appreciate your input. Responses are anonymous and confidential.

We also invite you to share the survey with your network--health care professionals, educators, advocates, peers, service providers, and anyone else involved in the children's, youth, and family mental health field:
