Sunday School has been serving the needs of the community with excellence. We have more than 450+ students enrolled. As the student body grows, the needs of a diverse study body evolves and we strive to take this excellence to the next level for students and community, we also need to change our approach to teaching. Those that attended the graduation know that we are embarking on Sunday School transformation. Based on feedback from parents and informed by students, we have made some adjustments to the plan especially for those that have multiple kids in different classes.
To start with, in order to accommodate our Center's growth and incorporate more engaging teaching methods, we are splitting Sunday School in two sessions with starter to elementary classes in both session. This is what it looks like:
First Session:
9:30 AM-11: 30 AM
All Starter A Section
All Elementary A section
All Junior classes
PreSchool class
Ladies Tajweed Class
BREAK - 11:30 AM - 12:00 PM
Second Session:
12:00 PM - 2:00 PM
All Starter B Section
All Elementary B section
All Senior classes
Special Need class
Ladies Tajweed class
Advance Arabic Classes
The section that your child will go will be based on siblings that they have in a different class in Sunday School and other factors. At registration day you will know which session your child is in. Please cooperate with us as we will not make any changes to which session your child is attending.
Other changes that we are planning to make throughout the year that will enhance the experience for you, your kids and inshallah have lasting benefits for all (some faster than others) include:
Required 5 hours of volunteering for parents
More accountability and progress of your child(ren)
Hiring a paid Sunday School administrator
PTO and Student Council
Start to adapt the use of technology
Teacher development and support
Review of content for all levels
Student initiated and focused discussion
Service projects
We are very hopeful these enhancements will provide for a fulfilling learning experience. We welcome your support and for any questions/ comments please email us at
