Because we support essential facilities, we remain open during the shelter in place order. Read on for more information about our important health and safety practices.
Bay City Boiler is considered an essential business because we support essential facilities like hospitals, so we have a little flexibility in the shelter in place order. We are taking steps to be as safe as possible to support our customers. We are actively monitoring the COVID-19/Coronavirus situation and doing everything possible to help keep our communities safe. We developed a business continuity plan to ensure the continuation of services. We are closely monitoring updates from the  Center for Disease Contro l and the  World Health Organization  regarding COVID-19. We will continue to seek guidance from these agencies, public health officials, and government agencies.

Sales and Service Options Available to Customers
Many of our equipment and parts salespeople already work from home, so quoting boiler equipment projects and replacement parts business should not be disrupted. We also represent dozens of manufacturers that can ship parts directly from their facility to yours within a day or two. However, we should all plan on lead times being extended, as some manufacturers are also impacted by their local government agencies. For service, we still have 24/7/365 boiler service available.

For non emergency requests, you can email Kyle@baycityboiler.com and I will forward to the appropriate person for your request. 24 hour service is also available by calling (800)225-1348.

Assisting our Employees
We are in continuous communication with our employees, reminding them about the importance of good hygiene, providing them with health education and support whenever needed. Employees who feel ill have been told to not report to work. We have specific quarantine and communication procedures in place should an employee be diagnosed with COVID-19 or is asked to self-isolate by a public health authority. Employees with higher health risks are being asked to stay at home when possible.

What We Ask of You
We are taking every precaution to ensure the safety and health of our communities, but we need your help. Please be patient with us if we need to reschedule an appointment due to a hospital needing service or one of our employees becoming ill. Needless to say, if you are experiencing flu-like symptoms and have a scheduled appointment, please let us know so that we can discuss options with you to ensure our collective well-being. When ordering parts or equipment, give the manufacturer a cushion on the lead time quoted, just to be safe. We anticipate transportation and freight lines being impacted too.

If you have worked with us before, we want to say thank you for being a customer and for your continued trust as we manage through this challenging time together. If you are not a previous customer, then keep us in mind for your future boiler equipment, parts or service needs.

WE WILL ALL GET THOUGH THIS TOGETHER!
KEEP UP YOUR FAITH AND CONFIDENCE AS AMERICANS!
