Like most of you, we are continually following the ever-changing coronavirus situation and we certainly share your concerns for keeping everyone healthy and safe. At this time, we are not aware of anyone in our office being sick or even exposed to COVID-19, and we hope to keep it that way! We have instituted several protective measures in the office, including social distancing, and we would like to extend that precaution to our clients as well. Starting tomorrow, we will be closing our doors during normal work hours , though some of our staff will still be working in the office, and we remain committed to providing the best service possible without interruption. We are set up to be able to work remotely and securely, and we ask that you interact with us remotely as well, for the time being.

If you are used to coming into the office, what are your options?
  1. If you have never registered for a secure client PORTAL, this is the time to do so! We have several admin staff to help you with any issues, and our website answers most of the questions you may have. See below.
  2. We can email your documents with password-protection, but please don't email sensitive information to us, unless you can also password-protect it.
  3. You can mail your documents in. We will also be mailing your original documents back to you when your returns have been filed.
  4. Please contact your Tax Manager if you have any questions or concerns.

As this crisis evolves, we will update you with any changes. We are truly grateful for your business, and we thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation!
  • Before submitting your Organizer and Questionnaire, make sure it is complete (you can only Send to Preparer once).
  • To send additional tax documents to your Tax Manager, please use File Exchange: click the Information to CPA folder, Upload, browse your computer to find the file(s), then click Start upload. You may send multiple files to us at the same time, and we will be notified that you sent them.
  • You must sign and return the Questionnaire and the Engagement Letter each year for your individual tax prep.
  • E-signatures: if you file a joint return with your spouse, we need 2 distinct email addresses for e-signature to work, and you will each receive an emailed request to verify your identities in order to electronically sign your consent forms. Just click on DECLINE SIGNATURE if the process is not successful for both of you, or if you prefer to sign manually.
  • If you have changed cell phones and/or are having issues with Multi-Factor Authentication, please call Justin at 303-951-6044 to troubleshoot.
