We want to give you an update and let you know that you are on our minds as we navigate this uncertain time. Our hearts go out to anybody affected by COVID-19 especially those who work in hospitals and other critical operations across the country.
We are committed to supporting you and your customers and continue to operate. This means we can receive, process and ship orders as we normally would. You can let your customers know that your website, personal service and our support team are still available to them during this time.
We appreciate the efforts you’re making to find creative ways to connect with customers and bring a little brightness into an uncertain time.
As you might guess, at the home office we have been following the developing guidelines that apply to our business very closely.
Fortunately, L’BRI had already taken preventative steps in anticipation of these additional measures. Many of our staff have been working remotely for the past week and those who remain on site are following guidelines for safe distancing and hand-washing and have incorporated updated hygiene and health protocols.
Obviously, should circumstances change, either from local, state or federal government directives, L’BRI will comply with whatever is required of us.
It’s important to take this all one day at a time, and we hope that you’ll trust us to provide you with updates if and when our circumstances change. We appreciate your efforts to work with customers online and via text, phone and other forms of communication and connection.
