Business Online Banking: Upgrade Complete
As a follow-up to our October 16 communication, we're excited to share with you that our Business Online Banking upgrade is now complete. Please forward today's email to your users, so they will know what to expect when logging in.
Simple & Secure Login
Users will first notice that logging in has been simplified: your username and passcode + PIN are now both entered in the login box.

  • Select "Business Banking" from the ONLINE BANKING LOGIN drop-down on our website.

  • Enter your Username in the UserID field.

  • Enter your Passcode + PIN in the Password field.

  • Click/tap the "LOGIN" button

Once authenticated, users will be delivered to their Business Online Banking Home screen.
New Features & Enhancements
  • Streamlined navigation, and a more modern layout.

  • Responsive design, which customizes your session to your device type (either desktop, tablet or mobile). Customers who log into Business Online Banking on smaller screens will notice that menus and page elements can stack vertically, allowing for larger font sizes. Icons replace text in the top right navigation menu to conserve space.

  • Soft token authentication, allowing eligible business banking customers to receive their one-time login passcodes via an app on their smartphone or tablet. We've posted step-by-step instructions for switching to soft token authentication on our website, and if you'd like assistance, our Electronic Banking team is available to walk you through initial activation and setup.
