ALBERT BEGIN
Maintenance Technician, Garden City Center – Field
Albert has been working in maintenance for the past 12 years. He has experience in residential maintenance and is finally breaking into commercial maintenance. Previously, Albert served 4 years in the United States Army.

He has a wonderful wife and a 9-year old daughter. He looks forward to sharing what he has learned from previous roles and also learning from other people here at WS!
KEITH LORANGER
Development Manager, Seaport – Seaport Development
Keith is originally from Massachusetts and has spent the past 18 years living in Boston's Fenway neighborhood. After graduating from the Wentworth Institute of Technology, he began his career as an architect before switching to real estate development. 
Keith is an avid museum-goer and always tries to visit one when traveling to new cities. When not at the gym, he is usually out around the city with friends or spending time with his niece.  
NATALIE METZGAR
Marketing Manager, Legacy Place – Field
Natalie is a marketing professional with 5+ years in the marketing/advertising industry, with a focus on cross channel media planning. After graduating from Syracuse University, she worked at Havas Media, across a variety of clients, including: Remy Martin, Cointreau, TracFone, NAR, Goodyear and PUMA.
 
Growing up in Natick, she frequently visited Legacy Place and is excited to be part of its continued growth/success. She currently resides in Brookline, MA and can be found at the beach, watching Boston sports, traveling (working toward her bucket list of all 50 states) or finding the perfect spicy margarita.
RACHEL FERLUGE
General Manager, Stuyvesant Plaza Field
Rachel is an experienced buyer in the luxury retail sector where she worked for some of the world’s premier brands including Dolce & Gabbana, Givenchy and Tom Ford. Her expertise in high volume purchases, sales and growth, combined with a creative strategic approach, has helped her drive sales and profit for brick and mortar, e-commerce and outlet. After 16 years in NYC, she is incredibly excited to be back in the Capital Region and to be playing a part in Stuyvesant Plaza’s evolution.
 
She resides in Saratoga Springs with her high-school sweetheart and four-year-old daughter. You can usually find Rachel cooking, eating or thinking about cooking and eating most days of the week.
