JACKIE GOSCIAK Senior Director - Human Resources Jackie Sullivan Gosciak joins WS Development from SVB Securities, an Investment Bank, where she held the role of Director, Human Resources. Prior, she was the Principal of Turning Leaf Search, her own HR consulting firm.   Jackie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Communications from Babson College and MBA from F.W. Olin School of Business at Babson College.

JARRETT ETTORI Architectural Drafter - Studio Jarrett Ettori is a graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (concentrating in adaptive reuse) and a minor in Business Management. He is currently pursuing his Master’s Degree in Architecture, also from Wentworth. Outside of architecture, Jarrett enjoys playing basketball, woodworking, fishing, and automotive repair projects.

MARK WENDELL Director - Studio Mark Wendell is joining WS Development as a Director of Studio. He grew up in Avon, Ohio and is relocating from Ellicott City, Maryland with his wife Erin, daughter Harper, and German Shepherd Scout.  Mark has a BA from The Ohio State University, an MA from University of Colorado Denver, and is a licensed architect.  In his free time he enjoys rock climbing with his family, golfing, and running. His 5-year goal is to qualify for the Boston Marathon.

RYAN SISTRAND Assistant Facilities Manager, Seaport - Field Ryan Sistrand joins WS from a property and facilities management background at Framingham Housing Authority. Ryan has strong ties to MetroWest growing up there; and is still active playing hockey and volunteers as an Assistant HS Football Coach. Ryan also enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family, at their home by the beach.

SALEM PINHEIRO Application Support Analyst - Information Systems Salem Pinheiro is a property management systems specialist who is passionate about improving work through technology. She has ten years of on-site multifamily property management experience working on lease-ups, affordable housing, and repositioning struggling assets. When she isn't smashing tickets, she enjoys playing video games, watching anime, learning new technologies, or working on personal code projects.

SUMMER LIU Associate Manager - Asset Strategy & Development Summer (Zhixia) Liu graduated from Harvard Graduate School of Design with a Master of Urban Planning degree. Before graduate school, she earned her Bachelor degree from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. For the last 6 years, Summer has worked as a Project Manager. She is looking forward to working with and learning from everyone at WS.
