Pledge Card Sunday is THIS SUNDAY!

We will base next year’s budget on your pledges so it is critical that you turn in a pledge card that Sunday.

This past year, for example, we had to reduce the proposed budget in January by almost 20% because of the initial pledges. But subsequent giving has allowed us to make up those deficits. In other words, our initial pruning was unnecessary, but we did not know that at the time.

So please help us plan responsibly for FY 2020. God loves a generous heart and I encourage you to help support the work of our parish by your prayers, your presence, your gifts, and your service.

Thank you for your faithful work on the Lord’s behalf. God bless you.

40 Days of Fasting and Prayer
We are praying and fasting as a church for a new home. Each member of the church is on a team for these 40 days. Hopefully, you have heard a word of encouragement from your team leader. Pray and fast without ceasing - asking God to give us a home where we can be changed by Him to make a difference for Him in the world.
Bishop of Kitale to Visit
The Rt. Rev. Dr. Emmanuel Chemengich is the Bishop of the Diocese of Kitale in the Anglican Church of Kenya. He will join us at St. Augustine’s on Sunday, October 27th, to preach and celebrate the Eucharist. Our Fr. Philip and his family, as well as several others in the congregation, call Kitale their African home... more
We Are Growing, and We Need Your Help!
Eight years ago, with a few people gathered in the Maneys' living room for worship, it was difficult to imagine having an educational program for our youngsters AND our budding young adults. God has blessed us, and the day has come. This fall, led by Cathy Holmes, and assisted by Julius Tireito, our young folks are meeting on Sunday mornings.

We need your help. Whether you have a child in this group or not matters not. If you love the Lord and want to see Christian values instilled in ours at St. Augustine's, please consider volunteering once every six weeks or so. We also need assistance in the Godly Play program.

See Fr. Santosh or Cathy to volunteer.
All Saints Day November 3rd
Sunday, November 3rd, is All Saints Day. If you have names of loved ones you would like to have read during the service, submit your names to Fr. Kevin by Sunday, October 27th.
We Need SNACKS!!
Sharon Madama has asked for volunteers to bring goodies for fellowship hour. Please let her know how you will help. Thank you in advance to all who have fattened us up so far with homemade goodies chock full of butter and sugar! :-)
