Brad Pence, Partner: Plexus could not be prouder to acknowledge Brad on his recent promotion to Partner. Since Brad first joined in 2012 as an Associate, he was thrown right into the deep end and hit it out of the park from the get-go. He has forged and nurtured long-term relationships with individuals and companies that remain invested and partnered with Plexus to this day, due in large part to his leadership, expertise, vision, and courage of his convictions. Brad has carried the Plexus torch and been a standard-bearer of the Plexus brand and culture both in the office and on the road. Sean McDonell, Head of Capital Formation & Investor Relations: Sean is primarily responsible for coordinating new investor outreach and investment diligence, as well as managing existing investor communication and needs. Prior to Plexus, Sean was Head of Investor Relations at Elsewhere Partners, and before that, at StepStone Group in San Diego, CA and Barings, Charlotte, NC. Sean received his BA degree in Business Economics with a minor in History from the University of California, Santa Barbara and is a CFA® charterholder. | | | |

Matt Smith, Director of Fund & Portfolio Management: Matt comes most recently from Rockbridge Capital, and prior to Rockbridge, he worked at Thoma Bravo in Chicago overseeing portfolio monitoring, valuation, and reporting. Matt earned an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, as well as a BSBA from The Ohio State University, and is a CFA® charterholder. | | | |

Louis Robinson, Associate: Louis focuses on fund management, financial modeling, transaction structuring, due diligence, and portfolio monitoring. Louis is a graduate of Michigan State University and joins us most recently from his role as an Investment Banking Analyst at Deloitte Corporate Finance. | | | |

Aaron Mago, Associate: Aaron focuses on fund management, financial modeling, transaction structuring, due diligence and portfolio monitoring. Aaron is a graduate of the University of Florida and joins Plexus from his most recent position as an Investment Banking Analyst at Truist Securities. | | | | |

Plexus and our team members continued be more active than ever in our community in 2024. We are proud to highlight over $56K distributed to the community, several service days and firm initiatives executed, and most Plexus team members participating in the Plexus match program. Our firm and individual outreach continues to have a focus on disadvantaged families and children throughout the communities we all live in. And, of course, with natural disaster Hurricane Helene hitting so close to home in 2024, we had a unique and special opportunity to step up to support our neighbors in Western North Carolina.

In support of CASA/King's Ridge's mission to end homelessness and provide afforable housing, Plexus is so proud to be a partner to King's Ridge as a Community Donor with dollars, as well as feet and hands on the ground helping onsite as volunteers with the actual set-up of furniture and furnishings in homes and rooms that will house local families.
