Looking for a Wake Up Sangha to practice with other young adults?

We are open to submissions about your experiences at a Wake Up retreat or Plum Village practice center, your transformation thanks to Thay's teachings, and your poems/songs. Send your writing—along with a photo illustrating your story/poem/song and a brief bio— here

Wake Up is an active global community of young adults (ages 18-35) established by Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh in 2008. We come together to practice mindfulness and help transform society.

We follow the Five Mindfulness Trainings, which are ethical guidelines that offer concrete practices of true love and understanding, and a path towards a life in harmony with each other and the Earth.

Over 35? Join our  Friends of Wake Up  email list.
