Enhancing Our PlumbingMechanicalGroup (PMG) – Leadership Expansion

We are excited to announce the continued enhancement of our PlumbingMechanicalGroup (PMG) as we refine our structure to better serve our customers and vendors.

Our three Sales Managers – George Templeton (DFW), Austin O’Riley (Central Texas), and Justin Davis (Houston Metro) – have stepped up in greater leadership roles within PMG. Their dedication and expertise have been instrumental in the group’s success, and we are confident that this evolution will further strengthen our presence in the market. They will continue to report to Aaron May, Vice President of PlumbingMechanicalGroup and SandiaGroup.

What’s Changing?

Moving forward, George, Austin, and Justin will no longer manage individual accounts directly. Instead, they will lead teams of Account Managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support. In addition, they will focus on:

✅ Developing and growing their teams to drive overall performance

✅ Leading larger projects and strategic initiatives to expand PMG’s reach

✅ Fostering strong relationships with our vendors to drive continued success
