| | Sunday, February 1 - Education Hour Continues: Anti-Racism Stories | | |
| | Our intergenerational series on anti-racism stories continues this Sunday, and will take place upstairs in Room 204. We hope both kids and adults of all ages will join us for this intergenerational series! Note: there will be no Zoom option given the location. | | | | Sunday, February 1 - Thoughts & Facts from the Anti-Racism Action Team | | |

“The idea of race as a biological construct makes it easy to believe that many of the divisions we see in society are natural. But race, like gender, is socially constructed. The differences we see with our eyes - differences such as hair texture and eye color- are superficial and emerged as adaptations to geography. Under the skin, there is no true biological race.”
- Robin Diangelo, White Fragility

| | | Wednesday, March 4 - Dementia Support Group | | |
Many, if not most of us, will at some point or another have a friend or loved one who is living with dementia. That reality is true for members of Plymouth Church, too. We will begin offering a weekly group on Wednesday nights after Wednesday Night Live dinner for those caring for or in relationship with someone with dementia. This group will be led by Rev. January Simpson and will meet in the Chapel starting at 6:45 pm on March 4. No sign up is required, but feel free to email and indicate your interest to jls@plymouthfw.org. |
| | | Plymouth Congregational Church Satisfaction Survey Responses | | |
The results of last September's satisfaction survey are in and shared here for your review. Thank you to everyone who provided input. The results are quite positive! | | | | Adult Nursery Volunteers Needed
Plymouth is looking for a few more adult volunteers to assist in the nursery on Sunday mornings, starting in the new year. Volunteers are scheduled to assist no more than once a month and are needed during the Sunday morning worship hour. If you would like to help out, please see Rev. Ofner-Seals or email her at smo@plymouthfw.org.
The Safety Committee is looking for a few good folks to serve as Safety attendants periodically during worship services. An attendant will greet late comers in the Narthex during worship, be responsible for communicating with the office in the event of a medical emergency or natural disaster, aid in fire and tornado drills, and more. If you would like to assist in this endeavor, please sign up at the following link. | | | | Open Prayer in the Sanctuary
For a time of personal prayer, the sanctuary will be available Tuesday through Thursday during office hours. Please enter through the Berry Street office entrance and check in with our receptionist. Contact Jake Slone at (260) 423-9424 or jss@plymouthfw.org with any questions.
