We hope both kids and adults of all ages will join us for that in the new year! | | | | Sunday, January 4 - Taking Down the Greens
All who are able are invited to stay after worship this Sunday to help take down the greens and holiday decorations throughout the church. Many hands make for light work, so please consider helping out if you can. Many thanks! |
| | | Monday, January 5 - Centering Prayer Resumes | | |
| | Centering Prayer Group resumes Monday, January 5, at 5:30 pm in the Plymouth Chapel. All are welcome to attend, regardless of your level of knowledge or experience. If you've ever been curious about Centering Prayer, which is a form of Christian silent meditation, now is the perfect time to come check it out! We are a small but friendly group and are always open to newcomers. We meet every Monday, so feel free to drop in as often or as sporadically as you like! |
| | | Wednesday, January 7 - Wednesday Night Live Resumes | | |
| | Wednesday Night Live programming resumes Wednesday, January 7. At 5:00 pm there will be adult choir rehearsal. At 5:15 pm there will be Bible Study with Rev. Timothy, followed by dinner at 6:00 pm. Handbells will meet at 6:30 pm. All activities are open to anyone in the church, regardless of membership status. Come for activities or just come for dinner and fellowship! The suggested cost for dinner is $10 per person, though no one will be turned away due to the inability to pay. If you plan to come for dinner, please sign up in the Folsom Room in advance so our caterer knows how much food to prepare. Hope to see you there! |
| | | Thursday, January 8 - Yoga Class | | |
| | Come join Jan Evrard for a weekly yoga class beginning January 8 at 12:00 pm in the Chapel. This class will combine both chair and vinyasa flow movements, making it accessible for everyone. There is a cost of $5 for each class, but no one will be turned away. Some yoga mats will be provided; however, bring your mat if you have one, as well as a friend or two. This is a good opportunity to do something good for your mind, body and spirit, as well as simply having a good time. |

Plymouth is looking for a few more adult volunteers to assist in the nursery on Sunday mornings, starting in the new year. Volunteers are scheduled to assist no more than once a month and are needed during the Sunday morning worship hour. If you would like to help out, please see Rev. Ofner-Seals or email her at smo@plymouthfw.org.
The Safety Committee is looking for a few good folks to serve as Safety attendants periodically during worship services. An attendant will greet late comers in the Narthex during worship, be responsible for communicating with the office in the event of a medical emergency or natural disaster, aid in fire and tornado drills, and more. If you would like to assist in this endeavor, please sign up at the following link. | | | | Open Prayer in the Sanctuary
For a time of personal prayer, the sanctuary will be available Tuesday through Thursday during office hours. Please enter through the Berry Street office entrance and check in with our receptionist. Contact Jake Slone at (260) 423-9424 or jss@plymouthfw.org with any questions.
