|
In the aftermath of recent wildfires, the Southern California Nevada Conference of the UCC is in need of clean-up kits, and the Peace & Justice Committee is asking for your help with this project. Through a matching $250 grant from the UCC, and a grant from the Emma Feigly fund, all the supplies have been ordered, and we only need to assemble the kits.
Saturday, May 17th from 10:00 am-1:00 pm is the date set for this task, which will take place in the Folsom Room. Once assembled, these kits will be delivered to those who need them in California. So if you begin to see pallets in the Folsom Room, rest assured that they will not remain there long. Please join us if you can.

The Safety Committee is looking for a few good folks to serve as Safety attendants periodically during worship services. An attendant will greet late comers in the Narthex during worship, be responsible for communicating with the office in the event of a medical emergency or natural disaster, aid in fire and tornado drills, and more. If you would like to assist in this endeavor, please sign up at the following link. | | | | Office Volunteers Needed for Weekly Staff Meetings | | |
Do you have some time available on Tuesdays and are looking for something to do? Would you like to aid your favorite Plymouth Receptionist in making sure that everyone is greeted with a kind and smiling face? Do we have the opportunity for you! Plymouth staff are looking for volunteers to cover for the receptionist during the staff meetings every Tuesday from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm. It’s a quiet time for the church, the most you may have to do is answer a phone call or two, maybe complete a small project.
To sign up as a volunteer, speak with Jake in the office or click the button below.
