Podcast Takes a Look at Naloxone's Growing Importance
The American Psychiatric Association recently issued a podcast "Expanding Access to Naloxone" for PCSS.

Alexander Walley, MD, MSc, of Boston University School of Medicine, explains how naloxone is playing a pivotal role in addressing the opioid use disorder (OUD) epidemic, as well as how access fits into the larger picture of OUD treatment.

Videocast to Give Technical Assistance for New MAT Initiative
The National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health (NCCIH) at NIH will host an hour-long preapplication technical assistance videocast for an initiative to study whether interventions such as mindfulness meditation, cognitive behavioral therapy, or multi-disciplinary rehabilitation improve adherence to MAT, improve MAT outcomes, and reduce relapse in individuals seeking treatment for OUD.
