Alcohol and Cannabis Policy Summits

Save the date! The CPRC and APRC will be hosting two free one-day alcohol and cannabis prevention policy summit trainings. Each full day event will feature nationally recognized speakers and workshop presenters with CEUs offered.

We will have two locations - April 13 in Palatine at Harper College, and April 14 in Urbana at the ILEAS training center. The events will feature the same agenda, so pick whichever location is more convenient for you!

Check out future newsletters to receive information on registration once it opens!

Thank you to our Illinois Municipal League Conference Visitors!

The CPRC and APRC once again had the privilege to exhibit at the Illinois Municipal League Conference in Chicago last week. As always, we were excited to speak to so many dedicated officials throughout the state, and to learn about what is going in your communities.

In particular, we spoke with many officials who were either addressing cannabis derivatives or had questions about how to address them. If you would like further resources, check out our derivatives guide here and our cannabis communications guide here.

While you're working on derivative ordinances, you may find our ordinance directory helpful.
