Pub Club: Zine Making for Pride Month
Friday, June 21 at 2:45pm

Add your voice to our shared library of mini booklets (aka zines!). Zines are self-published books that have long been used as a form for expression of marginalized communities.

Here's another chance to learn some simple tricks for self-publishing, or finish up what you began at our previous session. Or, simply help us fold copies of zines and make packets in preparation for a zine exchange with public library pen pals in New York and California!

Pub Club  is a new program on Friday afternoons during the school year. The "Pub" in Pub Club is short for publishing, and it's all about the wide range of acts, actions, and activities associated with storytelling, communicating, and sharing. Pub Club activities are open to all library visitors in grades 5 to 9.
