Congratulations to this year's Grant Allocations Committee. They interviewed and reviewed dozens of charities and awarded over $160,000 in grants, THANKS to generous donors like you. The grants went to the following 9 LOCAL charities helping our neighbors in need!
· Caring for Kids – Jewish Family Services Helping local families facing urgent and unforeseen hardships with emergency financial assistance.
· Myla’s Beleaf Supporting families navigating the emotional and financial challenges of a child battling cancer.
· Human Trafficking Coalition of Palm Beach County Evidence-based prevention education program in middle and high schools, equipping students with the knowledge and skills to recognize, resist, and report human trafficking.
· Best Foot Forward Foundation Equipping foster and at-risk youth with essential supplies and confidence to support academic success and stability.
· The Soup Kitchen – Lift Up Program Empowering young adults with learning differences through job training and life skills in the hospitality industry.
· The Literacy Coalition of Palm Beach County Strengthening critical reading skills for first through third-grade students in Title I schools to improve long-term academic outcomes.
· In Jacob’s Shoes Providing shoes, socks, backpacks, and school supplies to children in need.
· Wounded Veterans Relief Fund Providing life changing dental care and homelessness prevention for veterans in crisis.
· Champions Empowering Champions – Florida Atlantic University (FAU) Supporting new graduates who have experienced foster care or housing instability with transition funding to successfully launch their careers and achieve long-term independence.
