How often do you ponder? Meaning: Allowing your mind to be still and wander where it will. It is not like meditation where in some methods you position your body just so and so, breathe in just so and so, and then move into a meditative state. All good. Just not what I'm talking about. Contemplation is pondering. It is not prescribed or overlaid by dogma. It is about allowing yourself to stop, observe, and enjoy the quiet of no programs. It is about Being. Being fully present with wherever you are and whatever you are doing. I think pondering is the panacea of happiness. Pondering bring peace. It allows invention to rise up. It lets us see in a new way. It solves problems. So ponder as you wander.
