Good Afternoon, Red Rock Residents,
Our new access system at the community pool and skate park will be completely installed and will go live on Wednesday, June 24th. The pool will be closed on Monday, June 22nd, and Tuesday, June 23rd, to accommodate the transfer from the old system to the new system. The regular operating hours will resume on Wednesday, June 24th. To ensure residents have the opportunity to obtain their new keys before the go-live date, the association will host a series of "Distribution Days" where residents can receive their new keys. Due to the amount of recent vandalism, the association has a responsibility to carry out a strict process of issuing keys. Please read the key distribution key points and take time to make accommodations if needed. We want to make sure that this process is simple, efficient, and frustration-free. All old key cards may be discarded after June 24th.

- Only owners will be issued a key.

Please check your BUURT account before your arrival to make sure you are on the account. We will not issue cards to individuals who are NOT on the account. Click the link below to get access to BUURT if you have not already. If changes need ot be made to BUURT, please contact CCMC Customer Care at 1-833-301-4538.
- Identification required, please bring a photo ID.
- New Owner? Bring your deed or closing documents along with your ID.

Renter? Contact your property manager as soon as possible so they can complete a form. They will have to email dperez@ccmcnet.com with the form and name of the tenants BEFORE a key can be distributed or picked up.
