Since 2004 Shared Horizons' Pooled Special Needs Trust options have helped over 800 people maintain a quality of life that otherwise would not be available to them while receiving or applying for means-tested public benefits like Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and Medicaid.  We have accepted over $35 million in deposits since inception, and are currently assisting 550 people with disabilities residing in the Capital Region.
