Friends,

We have the opportunity to partner with the Samples, our CBF Field Personnel, and their ministry through their Afghan Easter Picnic on March 28, 2026. They are preparing to welcome more than 400 children this year and they need 18,000 filled plastic Easter eggs!

They asked for our help, and we are jumping in.

Mark your Calendars for EGGSTRAVAGANZA! 

On March 11 from 5:30 to 7:30 PM, we are hosting Eggstravaganza, an intergenerational night of egg stuffing, games, and joyful fun. Come for the whole evening or drop in for part of it. There will be food, activities for all ages, and plenty of ways to participate.

You do not have to wait until March 11 to help. There are many ways to partner:

• Bring bags of wrapped candy that will fit inside standard plastic eggs.
• Bring plastic Easter eggs to donate.
• Pick up a bag of empty eggs on Sunday, stuff and tape them at home, and bring them back with you on March 11.
• Contribute toward supplies/shipping by giving online and noting Eggs
• Buy prefilled eggs online and have them shipped directly to the Samples at:

If you are stuffing eggs at home, please fill each egg generously, tape it closed with a small piece of tape so it does not pop open, and label your bag or box with the total number of eggs inside. The Samples will use these eggs will be used for the hunt, for games, and for special giveaways with Afgan children. The Easter Bunny will also be handing out special eggs. If you have larger eggs or fun themed eggs, please bag those separately and mark them as special.

This is a small act that will carry big joy. Every egg will be opened by a child who is deeply loved by their community and by God.
