Changing Faces Theater Company Updates
Hello, Friends! We have information for you regarding our 2021 POP-UP PLAYS, auditions, and more!
This year we are doing THREE different plays as part of our POP-UP series.

Shakespeare TO-GO!

The Legend of Sleepy Hollow

All three shows are written by Kathryn Schultz Miller and Directed by Mike Bartram & Sabrina Willis-Bartram.

The format will be the same as last year. We will show up, set up, and perform a 45-minute play for you and your family outdoors in your yard or driveway. Invite the neighbors to watch-- social distancing style!

We will begin booking soon! Friday evenings, Saturday & Sunday mornings and evenings will be available.

Email us at to get on the list and receive email updates.

Audiences loved our productions of Alice in Wonderland and Robin Hood last year. Again, this will be great entertainment for people of all ages, and we are very excited to visit YOUR neighborhood next!
In early April we will hold open GENERAL auditions. We are looking for actors for our POP-UP PLAYS, as well as future productions and projects.

Email us if you are interested in auditioning. We will set up a time slot and send you audition materials. Masks and social distancing will be in effect.

For these auditions, we are looking for actors 16+, all experience ranges, and all types. Email us with any questions. Even if you have worked with us before, please plan to audition, since we haven't seen many of our actors in nearly two years!

In the next couple of months, we will begin offering classes for children and teens. When California is in the red tier and we can safely gather with small groups in the studio theater, we will make signups available. Our plan is to begin classes by early June! Can't wait!
Since December we have applied for several COVID relief grants. Unfortunately, we have not had any good news as of yet. Each month we must pay the lease and utilities on our studio theater. (Our rent will be going up another $105 in May).

So many supporters have already been very generous to Changing Faces, and you have truly saved us over the past year. We are sincerely humbled and have definitely felt the love from the community.

If you are able to give at this time, we are accepting donations via Venmo at @Changing-Faces-Theater or on PayPal by clicking here DONATE

You may also send a check made payable to CFTC to P.O. Box 1073, Lodi, CA 95241.

Short answer: As soon as it's safe to do so.

We are hoping that by FALL/WINTER 2021 we will be able to have productions in our space. We will start with small shows and audiences. The studio theater is a small and intimate space, so that really limits us.

We know many parents are eager to have their children involved in a show, and we are really missing that as well! Hopefully we are approaching the end of this pandemic soon and can return to some normalcy.

Stay safe and get vaccinated if you can!
