Movies in the Park - THANK YOU!
Picnicking and social distancing in Klyde Warren Park! Thanks to everyone for following the rules and staying safe! Thanks also to AT&T Discovery District and Ultimate Outdoor Entertainment for sponsoring our free movies in the Park.

Even though daily life seems forever changed by COVID-19, we are stepping gingerly into normal Park activities with a few alterations. Hosting regular programs and pop-up events with a smaller attendance is the best way for us to return to a semblance of normality, yet keep visitors and staff safe. In order to control our numbers, some of the Park’s more popular events might not be promoted on social media. Observe World Mental Health Day

With the challenges that 2020 has brought into the lives of people around the world, it is more important than ever to take advantage of opportunities that cater to our well-being. One of the best ways is a walk in the Park—literally! The National Recreation and Park Association cites multiple studies touting the mental benefits of time spent in parks and other green spaces, helping to decrease depression, anxiety and stress. So give yourself and your loved ones the gift of health with some time at your local park.

Why partner with Klyde Warren Park?
Klyde Warren Park is a beautiful outdoor space for families and friends to gather, and this park doesn't stop at the dog park, food trucks and sweet open space in the heart of the city! It gives the community REASONS to gather, with various offerings for fitness, wellness and more! There’s also plenty of space for physical distancing between practitioners to ensure people support their own self-care and the care of others with ease. I am excited that Hanuman Homies gets to partner with Klyde Warren Park by providing more options in support of Collective Wellness every Sunday!

The Park Needs Your Support More Than Ever
Klyde Warren Park's mission is to provide free programming and educational opportunities for the enrichment of visitors' lives, to showcase the diverse multitude of cultures and talents Dallas has to offer, and to be a town square where citizens may congregate and create traditions together.
The 5.2-acre park relies on contributions from donors to support maintenance, special programming and educational activities for more than one million visitors each year. Please consider making a gift to help us pay for expanded cleaning protocols. Thank you!
