Studio A Upgrade Almost Complete!

We are very excited to announce the long-awaited camera upgrades to Studio A! We finally have five matching Sony HXC-FB75SC HD 2/3 chip professional studio cameras. The three manually controlled cameras come complete with 20x zoom lens, tallies, viewfinders, rear camera controls including varizoom zoom controllers, and the two robotic cameras come with a new Telemetrics robotic controls. The RCCP-M features a full color touchscreen interface for easy-to-find camera functions, pan, tilt and zoom speed control knobs.

We are also adding two teleprompters with clocks to the robotic camera pedestal set up!

We acquired this equipment through a generous donation from Comcast's Westworks Studios (thanks to Jose Lopez), as well as three Vinten professional studio pedestals and heads, with an original purchase price of well over $70,000 each.
