Employers: WorkSource Georgia is replacing the Employ Georgia Labor Exchange System:

WorkSource Georgia (WSGA) is now Georgia’s official labor exchange system, replacing Employ Georgia, with the website pictured above.

Most user accounts currently in "Active Status" will be automatically transferred from Employ Georgia to the new labor exchange system WSGA. Your former Employ Georgia username will become your username in the WSGA system. All users will need to select “Forgot Password” to set up a new password in this new system.

WorkSource Georgia Benefits:

WSGA serves as the official labor exchange system for the state of Georgia and provides workforce resources surrounding workforce, labor market data, job postings, applicant screening and review, and is available to businesses of all sizes.

WSGA has a user-friendly intake, time saving registration and communication tools, as well as staff assisted and self-service labor exchange. Staff are available to provide support, or users can utilize the system's robust online learning courseware, or the assistance center.

WSGA provides an effective labor exchange giving employers access to a larger pool of job seekers helping to meet their hiring needs. Comparative labor market data aiding employers in making sound business decisions is also available.

WSGA has proven to close the skills gap and increase job placements. This results in shorter periods of unemployment and reduced employer tax burdens, while also strengthening the state’s overall workforce.

WSGA provides an effective labor exchange giving businesses the tools they need to connect with job seekers, remain competitive in the workforce, and attract and retain qualified candidates.
