Dear Clients, Families and Team Members:
We want to inform you that we have received confirmation that 3 employees at Serenity has tested positive for COVID-19. Contact tracing has been completed, and all identified close contacts were notified. Some of these staff were even tested already and got negative results.
Resident safety is our top priority and we are doing everything we can to ensure we stop the spread of COVID-19 within Serenity. We are staying in very close communication with local and state health officials to ensure we are taking all the appropriate steps.
We will be in touch with you personally if your loved one is suspected or diagnosed with COVID-19. Otherwise, stay tuned for general updates!
