Don't Forget Our Special Resources Page
Since Spring 2020, the Wellness Team has curated special programs and resources, in addition to offerings in our six main program categories, to help people through these pandemic times. The Covid-19 Resources page is continually updated with upcoming webinars, recordings of previous sessions, and links to some terrific external resources.

Some highlights from the page this month:
  • The recording of the Pearl Habits webinar. Learn how you can link small habit changes to become more happy and satisfied at work and away from the office.
  • Links to some of our favorite Dr. Lisa Damour podcasts from this year like the "Toolbox for Terrible Times" podcast
  • And links to our monthly Community Connection zoom meeting.

In addition, we are here to help you! So if you have a topic you would like us to cover, or perhaps an upcoming team meeting where we can share our message more broadly, please reach out to Mary Ann.
Also Coming Back in July... Yoga on The Quad
Registration opens soon for this class on Thursdays at Noon.
Some Things to Keep In Mind before Retuning to Campus Full Time
The Wellness Team has created this infographic to help faculty and staff prep for a full time return to campus.

Things for you to consider:
  • Talking to Your Kids About Returning to Work
  • Practicing Your Commune
  • Rethinking Weeknight Dinner
  • Prepping Your Pets
  • Keeping Up Your Fitness Routine
  • Thinking About Ergonomics

Be mindful that making simple changes to your daily routine may help reduce the anxiety of this significant change.
Coming in July: RENEW
