Possible inclusion election on May 5, 2020
Earlier this month, Centennial Water mailed a letter to all property owners in Highlands Ranch notifying them of a public hearing to be held Monday, Jan. 27 at 6:30 p.m. during the regular Centennial Water board meeting. After the public hearing, the Centennial Water Board of Directors will consider adoption of a resolution initiating an inclusion election to be held May 5. The election would ask voters to consider including all properties in Highlands Ranch and Mirabelle into Centennial Water's boundaries. The board meeting is held at the district office building, 62 Plaza Dr., Highlands Ranch.

What does this mean for you?
If an inclusion election is held, residents would be able to run for a seat on the Centennial Water Board of Directors beginning in 2022. There is no change to the service area and no impact on water rates, property taxes or changes to our water supply or our customer base.
