We had a beautiful time in Watertown, at Life Church, celebrating all God has done across the district and through our churches this year. You can see the handbook by clicking the button below. Assembly Handbook

NEW Allocation Procedure Starting in June!

What are we doing? Making some changes. Change can be difficult. We are hoping these changes will ultimately make life easier for everyone. If you have questions let us know!

Continue to send WEF and special mission giving to the Global Ministry Center. This is different than what we had anticipated and reported at assembly. The GMC will log these items on FTM so you can keep track. Nothing changes in how you were sending these allocations! (WEF is 5.5%)

Funding the Mission

Send District, Nazarene Benefits, and Education allocations to the district. If you send an online payment, you will need to notify the District Office of how to allocate the amounts. If you mail a check, use the form below. We will add these items to FTM so you can keep track. (All of these are 11.25%)

Did you know you can connect your church bank account to Funding the Mission and pay allocations directly without having to write a check and mail it? If you do this, you will need to notify the district office how you want it disbursed, but it could save a step!

Future Assembly Dates

Mark your calendar now! Assembly will be June 11-13, 2026, and April 22-24, 2027. We will let you know the location soon! If you haven't been to assembly, we hope you will try to join us! It is always filled with meaningful worship, powerful messages and workshops, the important business of the church, and fellowship with other believers! You don't want to miss it!

Resources for Churches

Check out this Google Folder where a variety of resources can be found. Currently, it houses a copy of the DS report in print and video format, videos of the Missional Grant Awards, a copy of the Allocation Worksheet for treasurers, a copy of the District Audit, and a copy of the slides regarding the current information about the Eastern Field. Please remember that the Eastern Field proposal is in process, and we will have more information when everything becomes finalized!

We hope to provide all assembly workshops and messages, along with other helpful tools for you to use too.

Missional Grants

What an incredible celebration we had as Missional Grants were awarded to four local churches!

As a reminder, the way we are funding these grants is through interest earned on our investments. We have this money because of churches that have closed through the years. While their doors may have closed, their Kingdom impact continues as we are able to bless the church with these grants.

Be ready for more information about the fourth round of grant applications that will open later this summer! Pray and dream and explore what God might be calling your church to so you can continue to live a Repair Shop Politic in the world around you.
