After a protracted period of pandemic-induced social isolation, we welcome the post-pandemic period with the long-awaited return to social connection with others. Regardless of whether you are venturing out tentatively with trepidation, or whether you are enthusiastically engaging with wanton abandon...
Here are 3 post-pandemic plans that Dr. Yagoda is implementing for your enhanced access and protection into the evening:

Bye-bye 9-to-5! No more daytime drama over the work vs. self-care dilemma. Communicate with us at your convenience! We invite you to reach out to us at anytime of the day or night—evenings, weekdays, weekends and holidays with any questions regarding procedures or surgeries, prescription requests, costs, benefits, coverage, and/or billing concerns. Our online administrative assistants will answer your emails into the evening hours and can even reach out to you by telephone to collect and share sensitive information.

See-curity. We believe that the protection of the privacy of your healthcare information is your right and our obligation. Our telemedicine consultations via Doximity are both secure and fully HIPAA compliant. On the other hand, information sent in text messages is unprotected and can be difficult to routinely integrate into your chart. As a result, and in pursuit of your enhanced security, we will no longer be responding to or communicating by text messages.

Appointment SOS. We value your time and in order to help you use it efficiently, we offer you the ability to reach out to us at [email protected] at your convenience to request a new or follow-up appointment. All forms, details and confirmations will be transmitted to you electronically and in advance of your appointment so that you can arrive at your designated time with completed paperwork in hand for a most streamlined visit.
If you prefer more of an old-fashioned experience instead of any/all of our newly implemented advances, you may still call our office at 212.434.1210! All messages will be answered within 24 hours during business days. If you are willing to give any of our new plans a try, we recommend that you email us at [email protected] for faster response times. Please note that emergencies should still be directed to 911 and/or the nearest emergency room.
