Travel Award Deadline:

Thursday, September 18th at 11:59PM Eastern

The APSARD Travel Awards provide financial support to attend the scientific program at the 2026 APSARD Annual Conference in San Diego, CA, January 15-18, 2026.

Travel Awards are granted to trainees (e.g., graduate students, residents, clinical psychology interns) in mental health fields (typically psychiatry and psychology but not exclusive to these areas).

To submit a travel award nomination you must submit a poster!

To submit your application for a travel award. Please first submit a poster. Should you be eligible, you must select “Student” on the poster form. Once you have completed the poster form, you will then be redirected to the Travel Award Application Form. Complete the second form to complete your application.

🏆 Specific travel awardee benefits include:

1. $500 Honoraria (post-conference)

2. Two complimentary nights at the conference hotel

3. Conference registration

4. Membership to APSARD for the year 2026
