Customers are large telecom corporations (which represent a high level of concentration), regional utility and substation contractors, as well as smaller, local agencies and other groups.

The seller is willing to remain for the appropriate time to support a new owner and to help establish customer relationships. He is also open to longer term involvement in a consulting and growth planning role.
