If you’ve been involved with airplanes for any length of time, you probably have enough first-hand experience to write a book about the trials and tribulations inherent with the launch of any new product in the General Aviation industry.
Throw in a couple of hurricanes, a global pandemic, and (recently) a severely scrambled supply chain of raw materials and sub-components and you'll have a pretty good idea of the hurdles Power Flow has faced (and largely overcome) in bringing our new LEES products to market.
I realize the frustration, of course, when you are a depositor waiting for a system that was ordered a year (or more) ago. On the plus side, though, Power Flow DOES have the resources (technical and financial) to see the project through to completion and a genuine commitment to doing right by our Customers.
Despite intense pressure to do so, our technical and management team has steadfastly refused to cut any corners in the engineering and fabrication of these new systems. The numerous challenges which invariably arise as any new product is developed have all been met head-on and resolved in the manner most conducive to the long term success of the product line and the satisfaction of each individual Customer.
And, the good news is that this approach is working! We have now shipped or installed 15 of the new PMCF systems and are making steady progress towards our goal of shipping 5 - 10 systems per month (that's in addition to the 15 - 20 legacy Power Flow Systems that we are also shipping each month).
