Greetings!

Wow. Thanks to all who came to CONNECTING WITH KRISTINA this past Wednesday!

The topic was VALUES, and it was a profound and thought-provoking exploration of what they are for us individually, but even more so collectively as a society, and how we can be more aligned with what we want in both areas to create positive change from microcosm to macrocosm.

I never know where these conversations will go. This time, besides helping each of us clarify specifically what our values are and realize how we might not be living them so can adjust accordingly, where we ultimately landed was the realization that "We are the ones we've been waiting for" and must remember the power and influence we have in big and small ways to create the life and future we want. Hence, today's PGG essay, and next month's topic.

You can see several clips on this IG post and on so far this one on YouTube (be sure to follow or subscribe ;) With the election season heating up the emphasis usually focuses on that singular way to exercise our voice - and it is important - but there are many other ways as well, so we'll be discussing POWER for November's gathering. Stay tuned for announcement with dates. For now, you can scroll down or click here for info on past gatherings.

And for another way to tap into your power, check out my book Say It To Make It: Affirmations to Empower the Heart, Mind, Spirit and Soul! Check out this video with some of the folks who have it, and read additional reviews and purchase on Amazon here. If you have a copy - thank you! - and please consider writing a review and/or posting on social media with the hashtag #sayittomakeit. Click here for all the IG posts so far and scroll down to learn more and read what others are saying.

Today's PGG Video of the Week reminds you it's no accident who you are at this time in history and this week's Instagram post is about using your power to not get sucked into negativity. For today's PGG Vibe of the Week reminds us that Paul McCartney's Silly Love Songs are anything but that.

Lastly, THANK YOU for being here and for being part of my community! If any of my essays, coaching, talks, videos or posts have helped you along your career/life journey, here are a few ways you can show your appreciation and support my work:

And as always, please feel free to contact me with any comments about anything.
