Session 1: Pre-Trial Mastery - Discovery, Workflows & Trial Prep:

• Discovery Command: Managing the full discovery lifecycle - requests, productions, privilege logs, and chain of custody.• Workflow Architecture: Turning deadlines and data into a structured, repeatable system.• Trial Prep Systems: Building exhibits, witness kits, and pretrial filings with precision and foresight.• Vendor Partnerships: Coordinating with court reporters, printers, and graphics teams for seamless delivery.• Leadership in Motion: The paralegal as strategist, anticipating attorney needs and orchestrating readiness.

Session 2: In the Trenches - War Room Ops, Courtroom Execution & Leadership

• War Room Logistics: Space selection, supplies, equipment, and communication flow between team, court, and firm. Daily Operations: Task assignments, escalation trees, crisis protocols, and maintaining confidentiality. Courtroom Execution: Tech checks, exhibit presentation, transcript management, and overnight prep.• After-Hours Engine: Managing rebuttals, overnight motions, and next-day readiness.

You will learn: A tactical, end-to-end understanding of the litigation lifecycle and the paralegals’ leadership role. Checklists, templates, and workflow frameworks that can be immediately applied to real cases.
