  • Real-Time Text and Email Alerts* make monitoring your account activity easier than ever, with options to customize messages about transactions, including withdrawals, debit card activity, low balance warnings, deposits, and daily balance summaries.

  • ATMs, with services including withdrawals, deposits, balance inquiries and more. Also remember our Accel nationwide surcharge-free network – search for locations including which ones accept deposits.

  • Cash back at points of purchase for checking account members with your debit card and PIN at essential stops including your grocery store, pharmacy, etc.

If you need to visit a financial center, our team remains available to serve you. We have taken precautionary measures including increasing the frequency of cleaning, especially high-touch surfaces, and making hand sanitizer readily available. With the health and safety of our team members and members in mind, we are following CDC guidelines and limiting personal contact. This includes suspending shaking hands and maintaining more personal distance.
WATCH FOR FRAUD : Several agencies have reported that criminals are capitalizing on fear about the Coronavirus to gain access to personal information, often with a goal to steal your money and/or identity. Scams have included phishing emails that appear to be from health agencies, fake charities, and more.

Remember First Commerce will NOT contact you by phone, text or email to ask for confidential information such as passwords, full debit/credit card numbers, Personal Identification Numbers (PINs), Secure Access Codes, etc. Do not give this information to anyone!

Be vigilant – do not click on links in emails you were not expecting. f you are ever in doubt no matter how you are contacted (even if it appears to be from First Commerce), get in touch with us immediately by calling (850) 488-0035 or 1-800-533-5772, or through our website to report potential fraud including suspicious emails. It is also critical to make your digital banking username and password unique and strong, without repeating credentials you use to log in to other sites.
