80 programs through 39 local agencies help children, vulnerable adults, and people in crisis in 33 communities across the Sioux Empire:
In Brandon, 5 expectant mothers with limited resources received home visits from nurses during pregnancy and after delivery through the Bright Start Program.
In Dell Rapids, 76 older adults were provided nutritional meals in their homes or in a congregate dining setting, allowing them to maintain a healthy and independent lifestyle through Active Generations.
In Harrisburg, 55 people received counseling through Family Service.
