Dear brothers and sisters in our Lord Jesus, part of the growing repentance remnant, flipping your focus now to God First, beginning to cleanse as His Bride, getting ready for His soon return as our Bridegroom----
New York City in so many ways is the world's key center of wealth. It's the center for Trump Tower. Focusing on tariffs, President Trump is promoting the financial wealth of the USA, "making America great again."
But the deeper issue, understood by many our earliest ancestors in this nation such as the Pilgrims, is Spiritual Wealth. Deuteronomy 8:18 says: " And you shall remember the LORD your God, for it is He who gives you power to get wealth, that He may establish His covenant which He swore to your fathers, as it is this day. "
This is confirmed in Proverbs 10:22: " The blessing of the LORD makes one rich, And He adds no sorrow with it.
Proverbs 8: 13-21 also speaks to this issue: " The fear of the LORD is to hate evil; Pride and arrogance and the evil way And the perverse mouth I hate. Counsel is mine and sound wisdom; I am understanding. I have strength. By Me kings reign and rulers decree justice. By Me princes rule, and nobles, All the judges of the earth. I love those who love Me. And those who seek Me diligently will find Me. Riches and honor are with Me, Enduring riches and righteousness. My fruit is better than gold, yes, than fine gold, And My revenue than choice silver. I traverse the way of righteousness , in the midst of the paths of justice, That I may cause those that love Me to inherit wealth, that I may fill their treasuries."
Remarkable recent events unfold each day: the evil murder of 4, including a police officer, in the wealthiest heart of Manhattan; a temperature reading of 124 degrees in Missouri; an 8.2 earthquake in Russia with tsunami warnings. These are shakings from the Lord (Hebrews 12: 27-29).
What do you and I do? Share the gift of personal and national repentance and the gospel with others, "preaching" with your increasingly Godly conduct, bearing Holy Spirit Fruit, showing you've repented. This follows Exodus 24:17 and Hebrews 12:28,29: "Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom which cannot be shaken, let us have grace, by which we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear. For our God is a consuming fire."
And also join in prayers for the leaders in the USA to see the blessings in national repentance to take down evil. Pastor David Wilkerson had a vision in 1992 where New York City was filled with violence and became a city of poverty. But Pastor David prayed that the disaster would be avoided: "Can any of this be avoided? ' Yes, absolutely. I believe we'll be given a reprieve if our President proves to be a Josiah. Josiah was a king who sought the Lord with all his heart. He trembled at his Word. God told him in essence, as long as you're in power, trembling at my Word and relying on me, you won't see the judgments to come. They won't happen during your reign." (2 Kings 22:15-20)
Pastor David then concluded: " I believe our window of opportunity to respond to God's call is brief. We all should pray that our nation repents and turns back to the Lord. But our most intense prayers should be for our own hearts: "Lord, let me tremble not at your disasters, but at your Word. I want to hear your voice in all of this. Cause me to turn wholly to you."
Please join me in this prayer: " Almighty Father, in Jesus' Holy Name, I pray first of all for Your Holy Spirit comfort to all grieving from this evil murderous act. Thank You for being close to the broken-hearted. And Lord, following the Wisdom you gave Pastor Wilkerson I pray that current President Trump will become a type of Josiah, deeply reverencing and following Your Word, including Your Word in 2 Chronicles 7: 13,14 to heal a nation by Your Hand. Open his mind and heart to the positive gift of personal and national repentance, as was known to our forefathers. May this tragedy cause me and many others to turn wholly to You, Almighty God. In Jesus' Holy Name, Amen and Amen."

As these shakings continue, please keep your heart open to give to support His Gift of Repentance. We learn in 2 Corinthians 8: 1-4 that God graced the churches of Macedonia " that in a great trial of affliction the abundance of their joy and their deep poverty abounded in the riches of their liberality. For I bear witness that according to their ability, yes, and beyond their ability, they were freely willing, imploring us with much urgency that we would receive the gift and the fellowship of the ministering to the saints."
Galatians 6:7-10: " Be not deceived: God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. For he that soweth to the flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting . And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not."
