"To “ stay grounded ” means that you have the ability to  stay  calm and connect to the core of who you are in the face of uncertainty. It means that you aren't controlled by the chaos externally but rather by your values, purpose, and the vision you have predetermined for your life."

Sometimes to stay grounded we need to literally touch the ground. Connect to it with our feet and hands, and even get a little dirt under our finger nails. The layer of earth that covers much of the land on this planet i s made of old plants, rocks, and organic material that are themselves grounding. It is made up of death and life. It is both hopeful and messy.

How are you staying grounded today?
